Examining the Description:
Even with a lot more planning things still are spinning a bit out of control here which is making for a GREAT game. Drethnor is getting more out of his actions than he expects and I'm having a ball. He did manage to curb the malnutrition a bit by adding milk to the peoples diet, but the prophet and his people who "own" the cattle have used it to gain power over the tribe. The hunters, the scavengers, and especially the women have come in lower on a new tribal hiarchy that places the herdsmen at the TOP.
Since herding has less to do with the trained or wild vultures than hunting this is not merely human nature asserting itself, but also an obscure threat to Drethnor's own divine status. Previously the hunters and scavengers both were relying heavilly on the vulture god's favor and his sacred birds.
Being inexperienced though Drethnor doesn't see the threat just now. Later though it will become more apparent to him. Remeber this is a new player who didn't have access to these sample turns or my explanation of everything that's going on in them.
